Comtesse de Saint-Martin Rosé

With its beautiful bright peach colour and its gourmand, fine, light and woody nose with intense aromas of dried apricot honey and candied melon, then jasmine flower and peony, due to the 6 months maturation in fine-grained acacia barrels, it gives you a supple and round attack on the palate, with notes of ripe summer fruit and stewed fruit.

The roundness of the wood brings a nice touch of vanilla and a finish of lime blossom.

A cuvée only made from vintages with powerful and elegant characters.
A tribute to Adeline de Barry’s grandfather.

A complex nose, combining spices, stewed black fruit, liquorice, cocoa beans and cigarillo. A structured and intense platate with notes of blueberry and black fruit balanced with powerful tannins. Long spicy finish with liquorice, cocoa, leather and undergrowth.

Vin cuit from Provence

Produced according to the Provençal tradition, vin cuit is a natural sweet wine cooked over a wood fire in a copper cauldron for 12 hours, then set aside in oak barrels for several years.

Emblematic of Christmas celebrations, it is ideal with the 13 Provençal dessets but can also be paired with foie gras or cheese.
