Nose: complex, combining spices, stewed black fruit, liquorice, cocoa beans and cigarillo
Palate: structured and intense, notes of blueberry and black fruit balanced with powerful tannins. Long spicy finish with liquorice, cocoa, leather and undergrowth
TASTING TIPS: Wild game, meat in sauce, pan-fried mushrooms, pressed cheeses
