CHARACTERISTICS: Rosé wine with peach colour and golden hues. The nose is subtle and elegant with scents of violet, jasmine and rose petals as well as notes of ripe wild peach, lychee and mango. Fresh and fruity nose with a palate of heritage rose followed by blood orange. A velvety rosé wine with very nice length. A gastronomic wine.
TASTING TIPS: Rosé wine to be served between 8°-10°C, paired with sea bream à la provençale, salmon à l’unilateral (cooked on one side), roast duck breast with cherry compote, or grape-stuffed quail.
