Structure & Texture

CHARACTERISTICS: Colour: garnet with ruby hues

Nose: vibrant with aromas of red and black fruit and figs
Spices like cinnamon and clove are subtly present.
Palate: red fruit, black fruit, supple finish on black pepper and spices

TASTING TIPS: Serve between 15°-17°C. Pairs well with beef fillet en croûte, oven-baked pheasant, duck breast, hare à la royale, pieds paquets (tripe and trotters), leg of lamb stuffed with garlic

Winemaking process

Vatting for 20 to 30 days depending on the grape varieties. Aging in vats dug into the rock.
