Vatting for 25-30 days at 25°C. Aged for 8-12 months, 70% in underground vats and 30% in oak barrels.
Cuvée vieliles vignes Red 2016 - 75cl
CHARACTERISTICS: a deep crimson purple in colour. The nose is delicate and mellow, with flavours of black fruit and notes of sweet spices.
On the palate, there are notes of sweet spices, blackberry, cherry, leather and cream of cocoa.
TASTING TIPS: Guineafowl, tournedos Rossini, oven-baked pheasant
Dessert: chocolate fondant
Serve between 15°-17°C
