Côtes de Provence AOP CRU CLASSÉ
Château de Saint-Martin – CRU CLASSE Côtes de Provence – is launching, like in the Champagne region, its first “non-vintage” cuvée, marking the consistency of the estate’s timeless style.
Created by blending 2 vintages, it will offer all the roundness and complexity of a mature rosé while conveying the freshness and vibrancy of the most recent harvest.
At Saint-Martin, we have always opted to make multi-varietal wines to make the most of the whole range of scents. Some grape varieties take longer to express themselves and others provide hints of new tastes as they evolve, such as ripe fruit and brioche… Our wines have always been known for holding up well over time.
Château de Saint-Martin’s know-how and experience are at work to offer a Rosé wine with unprecedented range to everyday gastronomy.
Colour: Bright with salmon hues
Nose: Nice complexity on fresh summer fruit
Palate: Tasty, both structured and complex, with a nice long finish.
Pairings: Poularde (fattened chicken) with morel mushrooms, leg of lamb, cod fillet
Know-how: Since many of our clients regularly tell us that they were sad to see our Rosé vintages end or are happy to find forgotten vintages in their wine cellars, it seemed only natural to us to create a vintage capable of satisfying those epicureans, contrary to the current trend.
Serve between 8-10°C
