Density & Subtlety


Skin maceration for 3-4 hours and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 13 °C. Aged for 12 months, 50% in underground vats and 50% in fine-grain acacia and white mulberry barrels.
Peach, brilliant colour. Nose is savoury with aromas of acacia honey and notes of dried apricot and candied melon. It is also fine, light and woody with intense aromas of jasmine flower. The second nose delicately evokes the scent of peony.
Very nice tension, a lot of fat and suppleness on the palate. Notes of ripe summer fruits and stewed fruits.
The roundness of the wood brings a nice touch of vanilla on the palace.
Very nice length at the end of the mouth on lime blossom.

TASTING TIPS: Turkey with chestnuts, truffle risotto, lamb shoulder confit, poultry with a creamy morel sauce.

Serve between 8-10°C
